FREEZE POLICY
Month-to-month class enrollments may be suspended (“frozen”) for one billing cycle at a time. During the “frozen” month the membership rate is reduced to 25% of your typical rate, and access to two (2) classes is permitted. After a suspension, a minimum of one billing cycle of paid-in-full dues is required before the enrollment may be cancelled or suspended again. Suspensions are limited to two (2) per calendar year based on the 1st day of the suspension. Pre-paid enrollments (such as the annual pre-paid) cannot be suspended.
CANCELLATION POLICY
After notice is given to cancel a month-to-month enrollment the next scheduled automatic payment will come out in its full amount, and it will be the final payment on the agreement. Please note that this final payment may not be pro-rated or otherwise decreased. Notice to cancel an annual enrollment must be given more than 30 days before the renewal date, otherwise another year’s dues will be automatically billed.
