Strategy Session

We want you to have a great experience with us from the moment you step foot in the door. In order to provide that for you, first we need to know a bit about you…what is your story, what is your background/experience level, what are your goals, what is your current fitness level, and so on. With that in mind, we have created an intake process designed to ensure we can provide you with the best experience possible. Here is what it looks like.

1. Sign Up

Start by signing up for your Strategy Session. After you have signed up we will follow up within one business day by sending over your intake paperwork digitally, as well as contacting you about scheduling the session.

No two people move alike, and we need to know how YOU move in order to provide the best guidance for you. We start your Strategy Session by taking you through some initial movement screens and mobility assessments, which are crucial to help us advise what path your training should take.


We know you are coming to us because you want to get stronger, so we make sure to include a solid strength training workout in your Strategy Session. Expect to go through a total body strength workout including upper body, lower body, and core. Our coach will tailor the specifics of the workout (including its intensity) to your individual level.


At the end of the workout, your coach will review everything with you and make a recommendation about next steps. Typically we will suggest one of three options: A) to start a package of personal training, B) to sign up for the next On-Ramp cycle, or C) a combination of both.
