FREEZE POLICY
Your enrollment may be suspended (“frozen”) for one billing cycle at a time. After a suspension, a minimum of one billing cycle of paid-in-full dues is required before the enrollment may be cancelled (including early termination if you have an “annual commitment” agreement) or suspended again. Suspensions are limited to two (2) per calendar year based on the 1st day of the suspension. During the “frozen” billing cycle the rate is reduced to $50, and you still get access to either two (2) classes (if those are included in your enrollment), or one SGPT session (if your membership includes SGPT). If you have an “annual commitment” agreement then all suspended payments will be added onto the initial term of your agreement, extending the membership term by the length of the freeze. Please submit your request to suspend your membership at least 14-days prior to your billing date.
Month-to-month class enrollments may be suspended (“frozen”) for one billing cycle at a time. During the “frozen” month the membership rate is reduced to 25% of your typical rate, and access to two (2) classes is permitted. After a suspension, a minimum of one billing cycle of paid-in-full dues is required before the enrollment may be cancelled or suspended again. Suspensions are limited to two (2) per calendar year based on the 1st day of the suspension. Pre-paid enrollments (such as the annual pre-paid) cannot be suspended.
