“I’ve been coming to Industrial Strength for almost a year doing strength training and kettlebell workouts. I’m mostly a runner, hiker, and a home workout person, but wanted to get out of my house more and knew I needed strength training if I wanted to run and hike long-term. I started with Strong 101, but was drawn to kettlebells for the efficiency and minimalism–but was so intimidated. I took the kettlebell workshops and I highly recommend them. Tony and Mira are really particular about form, which as a beginner, I appreciate and welcome. I’m definitely getting the most out of my workouts, and the community at the gym is so supportive and fun. If you’re goal-oriented and looking for gains, you’ll love this gym.
