Strength Training Classes
Tuition options vary based on level of commitment. We offer options for three strength classes per week or a bundle pack. The bundle pack in the left column includes one strength training class per day as well as unlimited BJJ & Kickboxing classes. No long-term commitments are required, however a one-year pre-paid option is now available.
Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing Classes
Tuition ranges from $115- $125 per month. This option also has a 30-day cancelation policy. No long-term commitments are required, however a one-year pre-paid option is now available.
Private Lessons / Private Coaching
Rates range from $70-90 per lesson based on level of commitment. We offer both pre-paid packages as well as monthly auto-pay for our private lessons. Many of our students do a combination of a private lesson each week along with a handful of classes to maximize their results.

Learning proper technique on things like barbell or kettlebell lifts is much easier in a 1-on-1 setting than in a class. With that in mind, the Introductory Combo (three personal training sessions and two weeks of classes, $190) is our recommended option for those wanting to get the most out of the classes right away. Starting off with some individual instruction is the perfect way to set you up for success, and to make you feel more confident before jumping into classes. If you are interested specifically in kettlebells then we strongly encourage this option to help expedite the learning curve of those movements.
If you elect to go with the 2-week trial of classes without personal training, then it begins with an initial orientation session (scheduled by appointment) to show you around the gym and make sure you know what to expect in classes. This orientation also includes a quick assessment called a “movement screen” to determine if there are any areas of mobility we think you would benefit from working on – note that our kettlebell technique class has minimum requirements for mobility before participation.
The 2-week trial (either stand alone or with the Introductory Combo that includes three personal training sessions) includes access to the following classes:
- Athletic Training
- Strength & Conditioning
- Kettlebell Technique (pending your score on the movement screen)
- Grappling Fundamentals
- Jiu Jitsu
- Women’s Jiu Jitsu
- No Gi Jiu Jitsu
