Strength Training Classes
Tuition options vary based on level of commitment. We offer options for three strength classes per week or a bundle pack. The bundle pack in the left column includes one strength training class per day as well as unlimited BJJ & Kickboxing classes. No long-term commitments are required, however a one-year pre-paid option is now available.
Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing Classes
Tuition ranges from $115- $125 per month. This option also has a 30-day cancelation policy. No long-term commitments are required, however a one-year pre-paid option is now available.
Private Lessons / Private Coaching
Rates range from $70-90 per lesson based on level of commitment. We offer both pre-paid packages as well as monthly auto-pay for our private lessons. Many of our students do a combination of a private lesson each week along with a handful of classes to maximize their results.

The two-week trial begins with a 45 minute one-on-one session with one of our coaches. During this appointment, we’ll show you around the gym to get you comfortable, collect some basic medical background from you, and do a flexibility assessment we call a Movement Screen. Once that is appointment is completed, you then get 14 consecutive days of the following classes from our Martial Arts and Strength Training programs:
- From our Martial Arts program:
- No Gi Jiu Jitsu (this is our suggestion if you are new to BJJ)
- Jiu Jitsu
- Women’s Jiu Jitsu
- From our Strength Training program:
- Athletic Training (a perfect compliment to our BJJ classes)
- Strength & Conditioning (previous experience with barbells strongly suggested)
- Kettlebell Technique* (pending the score of your Movement Screen)
