Strength Training Classes
Tuition options vary based on level of commitment. We offer options for three classes per week or unlimited per week. The unlimited option also includes Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing classes. No long-term commitments are required, however a one-year pre-paid option is now available.
Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing Classes
Tuition ranges from $115- $125 per month. This option also has a 30-day cancelation policy. No long-term commitments are required, however a one-year pre-paid option is now available.
Private Lessons / Private Coaching
Rates range from $70-90 per lesson based on level of commitment. We offer both pre-paid packages as well as monthly auto-pay for our private lessons. Many of our students do a combination of a private lesson each week along with a handful of classes to maximize their results.

Duration: Your first visit is by appointment for a Movement Screen. After that, the trial includes 14 consecutive days of classes beginning on the date of your first class.
Includes: We start you with a Movement Screen to help us get an idea of how well you move (flexibility, mobility, core strength etc.) and it gives us a chance to answer any additional questions you may have. This initial visit scheduled by appointment only and typically is about 30 minutes.
After you have completed that, you then get 14 consecutive days of unlimited access to the following classes:
– Strength & Conditioning
– Weekend Warrior
– No Gi Jiu Jitsu
– Jiu Jitsu
– Women’s Jiu Jitsu
– Kettlebell Technique*
(*KB Technique pending the score of your Movement Screen)
Once you have signed up for the trial, we will email you to schedule a time for your Movement Screen. Once that is completed, you will then be able to make reservations for classes and start getting some training sessions in!
