WEEKEND WARRIOR CONDITIONING (THE PERFECT “BRING A FRIEND” CLASS)

If you enjoy very fast paced workouts that have you moving and going the entire time, this is for you.  Unlike our Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebell, and Olympic Weightlifting classes which require some skills that take time to hone, we designed this class to be “jump in and go” friendly even for those who are very new to working out.  The combination of simple exercises but high output makes this the perfect “bring a friend” class.  Additionally, it is also a great complement to the heavier lifting we do Mon-Fri, as all the weights are very light and it has a strong emphasis on endurance training.
