In our Jiu Jitsu classes students will learn how to execute and defend takedowns, escape undesirable bottom positions, perform sweeps and reversals from the bottom, advance position along the “positional hierarchy” and apply various submission holds.

In addition to being a sport and self-defense system, BJJ is a great way to improve fitness and get in shape.  After a few months of training you can expect to improve your cardio, get more flexible, get stronger, and increase your agility and body awareness … all while having a great time!
