Our Athletic Training class offers a balanced approach to fitness, with an emphasis on the attributes of mobility, endurance, strength, and body awareness.  Best of all, it does so without the learning curve and flexibility requirements that barbell and kettlebell classes have – it is something a beginner can jump in and get started with from day one.  It is scalable to all experience levels from novice to advanced, meaning as your strength and fitness levels increase the challenge of the class can elevate right along with you.  Additionally, it is designed to complement other sports and activities such as Jiu Jitsu, rock climbing, running etc., so if you’re looking for a fitness class to pair well with your existing sport, this would be a great place to start!
