Interested in trying out some of our classes? Here is information on our trial process:
Duration: Your first visit is by appointment for a Movement Screen. After that, you get 14 consecutive days of classes beginning on the date of your first class.
Includes: We start you with a Movement Screen to help us get an idea of how well you move (flexibility, mobility, core strength etc) and it gives us a chance to answer any additional questions that you have. The Movement Screen is brief, only 15-20 minutes, and is scheduled by appointment. After you have completed that, you then get 14 consecutive days of unlimited access to the following classes:
– Strength & Conditioning Level 1
– Weekend Warrior
– Jiu Jitsu Foundations
– No Gi Jiu Jitsu
– Jiu Jitsu (some experience is suggested)
– Women’s Jiu Jitsu (some experience is suggested)
– Kettlebell Technique*
(*KB Technique pending the score of your Movement Screen)
Once you have signed up for the trial, we will email you to schedule a time for your Movement Screen. Once that is completed, you will then be able to make reservations for classes and start getting some workouts in!
