  • Youth BJJ for ages 6+ (4:00 PM on Tue/Thu)
  • Strong 101 adult fitness class (offer only good for 4:00 Tue/Thu class – other class times not eligible)
  • These classes are on the exact same days & times, so it is perfect for parents who want to get in a workout while their child is in Jiu Jitsu!
• Offer good for classes from Tuesday September 12th through and including Thursday October 12th
• Offer not valid for anyone who currently trains with us or has trained with us in the last 6-months

Our Strong 101 class is the perfect starting point for those with minimal experience strength training, or those who do have some experience but have not been consistent for a while.

We also include “201” options for people who have been in the class for a while or come in with prior experience – that way everyone can get in an appropriately challenging workout based on their level!

The back-to-school offer is ONLY for the 4:00 Tue/Thu time slot, even though we do offer this class other days and times.  It is a perfect opportunity for a parent to get in their own workout while their child takes Jiu Jitsu at the same time!

The normal monthly rate is $155/month, so with this offer you’ll get a full month of training for just $77.50!

Our Youth BJJ class is available to ages 6+. Classes meet Tue/Thu at 4:00 weekly. A typical class includes warm up, exercises, matches, learning a move, and more matches. We also work with the kids on our acronym L.A.S.E.R. which stands for listening, attitude, sportsmanship, effort, and respect.

The normal monthly rate is $120/month, so with this offer you’ll get a full month of training for just $60!
