Who is it for?

Ages: 11 – 15 years (approximately 5th grade – freshman in HS)

Dates:

Every Tuesday & Thursday December 1st 2014 – March 14th 2015 (no classes on Christmas Day or New Years Day)

Times: 5:00 – 5:45 PM

**Participants ages 13 and up can also receive discounts on our group kickboxing classes!

Objectives:

  • Have fun!
  • Learn safe form and technique
  • Gain body awareness and control
  • Improve agility
  • Improve footwork and mechanics for linear and multi-directional speed
  • Develop basic strength and coordination
  • Develop cardiac fitness (crucial at this age)
  • Train mobility and flexibility
