Who is it for?
Ages: 11 – 15 years (approximately 5th grade – freshman in HS)
Dates:
Every Tuesday & Thursday December 1st 2014 – March 14th 2015 (no classes on Christmas Day or New Years Day)
Times: 5:00 – 5:45 PM
**Participants ages 13 and up can also receive discounts on our group kickboxing classes!
Objectives:
- Have fun!
- Learn safe form and technique
- Gain body awareness and control
- Improve agility
- Improve footwork and mechanics for linear and multi-directional speed
- Develop basic strength and coordination
- Develop cardiac fitness (crucial at this age)
- Train mobility and flexibility
